Scottish Housing Market Re-Opens!

It has been an incredibly busy past week here at Roxburgh since the market re=opened and we would like to thank all our clients for their patience while we work through your enquiries.

Our staff continued to work throughout lockdown helping existing tenants and also providing valuations via video calls which in turn means that we have some fantastic new properties which have been added to both the Sales and Rental market. However there are many more to come so please keep an eye on our website and Rightmove.

The Scottish Government has set out some guidelines regarding viewings and we will ensure that a Virtual Walk Through Tour of a property is uploaded to allow you to see the property as if you were actually there. We have had some great feedback so far from with the tours and we will continue to help our clients with these virtual viewings in order to maintain safety for everyone.

Should a physical viewing take place then we ask that gloves and masks are worn and we can provide these to you at the viewing.

Our office has also now re-opened with PPE adaptions and entry is on an appointment only basis. We ask that if you need to hand anything into our office then please use the letterbox located to the bottom right side of the front door.
